PEX Rebate Terms & Conditions

PEX CREDIT EXPENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Customers will receive a monthly Rebate of up to 1.00% for all qualifying purchases. The Rebate will be automatically applied as a statement credit within 30 days after the end of the calendar month.
  • PEX may require a minimum level of qualifying purchases to receive the highest level rebate. Minimum spend requirements will be posted on https://www.pexcard.com/spend-expense-pricing/
  • Purchases made outside of the US and non-Visa network transactions do not qualify. The following are not qualifying transactions and will not be eligible for a Rebate: chargebacks and reversals, items returned for credit, disputed or unauthorized purchases, fraudulent transactions, any cash or cash-like transactions, fees, and charges. We may determine that a transaction is excluded from eligibility for earning a Rebate in our sole discretion at any time. In addition to any other rights of recovery we may have, we will have the right to offset any Rebate amount paid for an ineligible transaction against future Rebate payments.
  • If Customer’s Account is closed for any reason or is not in good standing during the calendar month or in the next subsequent calendar month after a Rebate is earned, Customer will not earn a Rebate. If PEX sees evidence of fraud, misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to take action. This may include, without limitation and without prior notice, any or all of the following: canceling any accrued but unpaid Rebate; reversing any prior Rebate credit made; taking legal action to recover any Rebate made in connection with such activity, including without limitation to recover our monetary losses, any litigation costs and fees, and damages.   • any Customer who has not been in good standing
  • In the event of fraud, unauthorized activity, chargebacks, ineligible transactions, and similar activity on a Customer’s account, in addition to cancelling or reversing any associated Rebate amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law, PEX will have the right to offset amounts paid by or owed to PEX arising from or related to such fraud or unauthorized activity, including without limitation refunded transaction amounts, chargeback amounts, related fees or costs, and similar, against any accrued and unpaid or future Rebate amounts that otherwise would be payable to Customer.
  • This Rebate cannot be combined with any other rebate or promotional program offered by PEX. PEX reserves the right to change the criteria or terminate the Rebate, with or without written notice, at any time in our sole discretion.

 

PEX VENDOR CARD REBATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To qualify for the Rebate, Customers must spend an amount greater than $1.00 USD on eligible purchases using a PEX Vendor Card.

  • Qualifying Customers will receive a monthly statement credit (“Rebate”) up to 1.00% of all qualifying purchases. The Rebate for a calendar month will be posted to Customer’s PEX Account within 30 days after the end of the calendar month.

  • The Rebate is subject to the PEX Master Services Agreement.
