PEX Product Updates: New Administrator Knowledge Base


We are eager to share with PEX customers some new features of PEX’s 4.7 Release, which goes live Wednesday, July 27th. There is new feature, plus some bug fixes. Here are the highlights:

New Administrator Knowledge Base:
We excited to launch a PEX Knowledge Base. This will allow administrators to find answers to their questions about using the PEX system faster. Articles are organized into sections for easy browsing. The search option makes finding the information you need fast and easy.

You can find the Knowledge Base here, or navigate to it from the Help section of the PEX Admin website.

Bug fixes include fixing assigned users in transaction notes and cleaned up .CSV reporting.
