Prepaid Expense Card Solutions, Inc. ("PEX") uses open banking providers Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) and Mastercard Finicity ("Finicity") to gather End User’s data from financial institutions. By using our service, you grant PEX and our open banking providers the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by the open banking providers in accordance with their corresponding privacy policies (Plaid Privacy Policy, Finicity Privacy Policy).
PEX gathers End User’s data which may include:
- Account owner name, address, email, and phone number.
- Balances of accounts at the relevant financial institution.
- Transactions on accounts at the relevant financial institution.
You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by PEX in accordance with the PEX Privacy Policy.
PEX may share your data with necessary third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy as appropriate or necessary.
You may revoke your consent for PEX to gather your data by following the Contact Us section of our Privacy Policy.
