What We’re Doing During COVID-19

Newspaper,With,Tablet,On,Wooden,Table

Dear Customers and Friends,

We know there is a lot of uncertainty as we prepare for COVID-19. We wanted to share with you what we are doing at PEX to ensure that you and your staff are able to use your PEX cards and PEX administrator platform to reduce risk as you and your staff increasingly conduct business remotely.

Uninterrupted Service and Support: Our plan is to ensure uninterrupted service during this time, including support. We have enabled and transitioned our staff to work in staggered shifts, remotely if required.

Meet Your New Needs: If you anticipate transitioning more staff to work from home and need cards to order supplies, schedule any necessary last-minute business travel arrangements, or anything else to keep your business moving forward, PEX is here to help.

Avoid Delays by Acting Quickly: If you need PEX cards, we recommend ordering any new cards now. New cards can be ordered directly from the administrators’ site at https://dashboard.pexcard.com

On a personal note, we hope that everyone stays healthy and safe during this time. At PEX, we are working to ensure that our role within your business continues to run smoothly. Below you can find support information, also located at www.pexcard.com. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
