Introducing: How To Control Employee Spending in 12 Seconds

KMP_2223-2.jpg

You have 10 employees in the field on a job while you’re at World of Concrete (#worldconcrete #woc) — you don't trust any of them with company money or a credit card; the PEX Card lets you control access to funds and spending from anywhere.

Card balances are all set to $0 in the admin dashboard. One employee calls in to report a broken saw blade; you tell him to go to the supply store to pick up a new one.  He calls you from the point of sale to say it will cost $87.42 to buy the part — he's holding up the line at the store. Tell him to hold a moment and you:

1) Open the PEX Card app on your smartphone and log in (3 sec),
2) Navigate to the Cards section (1 sec)
3) Select the person (1 sec)
4) Type 87.42 in the Quick Fund field and tap Add Funds (5 sec) Boom! Card is funded
5) Tell him to swipe the card (2 sec).

Transaction goes through; he's on his way; you go back to networking at #worldconcrete. Funding your employee’s PEX Card took 12 seconds…and you can immediately see the transaction in his transaction detail.  If it’s a part you can bill back to your customer, your bookkeeper can issue an invoice the same day.
