Contractors are more often turning to financing to offer energy-efficient projects to customers. According to the National Electrical Contractors Association, there is about $47 million of financing need for energy-efficient projects that is currently unmet. By venturing into financing, contractors are more likely able to offer energy-efficient projects and installation to meet a growing demand. Customers have become more conscious of energy-efficient projects, sustainability, and are keen to take advantage of government tax credits and incentives.
