2026 Virtual card for vendor spend

To qualify for PEX’s 2026 Virtual card for vendor spend promotion, customers must apply and be approved for their first PEX Credit or Prepaid Expense account between August 15th, 2026, and October 31st, 2026. To qualify, the “Account” must spend an amount greater than or equal to $1.00 USD on eligible purchases using a virtual (vendor) card for vendor spend. (“Virtual Card”) within 30 days of account enrollment.

• Customers who fulfill all obligations in these terms (“Qualifying Customers”) will receive a PEX Disburse Visa^® Prepaid Card with a $50 balance on it.
• For each virtual card created and used to make a purchase of $1.00 USD or more, the Customer will receive an additional $50 on their PEX Disburse card.
• Only the first five Virtual Cards created and used are eligible for the reward, with a maximum payout of $250 USD.
• PEX will disburse any eligible payout to Qualifying Customers within 60 days of the date on which all promotion criteria set forth in these terms have been fulfilled.
• Purchases made with a virtual team-member card will not be eligible for this promotion.
• Purchases made outside of the US and non-Visa network transactions do not qualify for this promotion. The following transactions are not purchases and will not be eligible for payout: items returned for credit, disputed or unauthorized purchases, fraudulent transactions, any cash or cash-like transactions, fees and charges.
• PEX may determine that a transaction is excluded from eligibility at our sole discretion and at any time. In addition to any other rights of recovery we may have, we will have the right to offset any amount paid for an ineligible transaction against future payments.
• If PEX sees evidence of fraud, misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to take action. This may include, without limitation and without prior notice, any or all of the following: canceling any accrued but unpaid Rebate; reversing any prior Rebate credit made; taking legal action to recover any Rebate made in connection with such activity, including without limitation to recover our monetary losses, any litigation costs and fees, and damages.
• PEX reserves the right to change the criteria or terminate this promotion, with or without written notice, at any time in our sole discretion.
