All accounts are subject to a 3% International Service Assessment Fee per transaction. The following fees apply only to our Prepaid and Disburse programs:

Financial inactivity (dormancy) is defined as 90 consecutive days of no active spending on at least one active card on the account (including associated accounts under one EIN). This does not mean that every individual cardholder must spend every month.
PEX Base maintenance fee will only occur during any calendar month when a customer spends less than $1,000. The fee will appear on your statement the following month and will be labeled a monthly fee.
