What's changing

Workyard is retiring its construction expense card on December 17, 2026. Workyard itself isn't going anywhere.

Why PEX

We've built spend controls for construction and field teams for years. Workyard picked us so your crews land somewhere that already gets how jobsites spend.

What you need to do

Pick a card, apply and get new cards to your crew before your Workyard card stops working. We'll walk you through it.

Questions from Workyard customers

My Workyard card was free. Is PEX?

Our charge card has no setup, subscription or per-card fees and earns 1% back on qualifying spend when you spend $10K or more a month. Our prepaid card has monthly plan fees, starting at $0 for up to five cards.

Does PEX connect to Workyard?

Not today. You'll tag each purchase to a job in the PEX app, then sync to your accounting software or use our exporter. Keep using Workyard for time tracking.

Which card should I pick?

If you want no fees and a rebate, start with the charge card. If you'd rather load funds before anyone spends, go prepaid. Not sure? We'll help you decide on your switch call.

When does my Workyard card stop working?

Workyard will stop issuing new expense cards on December 7, 2026. Existing Workyard expense cards will keep working until December 17, 2026, when all card accounts close and the cards stop working.

Recommended next step: Apply for PEX before December 7 so your crews have cards in hand before Workyard stops issuing replacements.
