Enhancement 1: Cardholder registration via email
Enhancement 2: New prompts for security questions
Enhancement 3: Ordering cards in bulk via upload of a CSV file
Enhancement 4: New Custom ID Field
Enhancement 5: Bug Fixes and Improvements
Enhancement 1:

Attention: Admin users

The 15.0 release introduces a new option for cardholder registration. Cardholders can register on https://ch.pexcard.com using a 6 digit code which will be sent via email instead of their birth year. This code will be sent to the email address provided by the admin at the time the card is ordered.
We recommend that admin use a unique email address for each cardholder in order to avoid cardholder confusion.
After the cardholder has created their account, they are prompted to confirm their name, phone and date of birth. PEX will additionally send an email to the admin who placed the card order letting them know that the cardholder has successfully created their account.
Admins can still allow the cardholder to enter their year of birth to verify their identity and access their account. To choose this option, the administrator must configure their business on the “business settings” screen.

Enhancement 2: New prompts for security questions

Attention: Admin and cardholder users

When registering a new account, you are now prompted to choose a security question from a list of suggested questions. You are able to write your own question if the suggested questions are not relevant to you.

Enhancement 3: Ordering cards in bulk via upload of a CSV file

Attention: Admin users

If you frequently need to order multiple cards at the same time, you can now upload a CSV file including all the details of your card order. As the CSV must be in a specific format to be parsed, we recommend using the CSV template linked to on the page. After uploading your order, you will be alerted of any warnings or errors.

Enhancement 4: New Custom ID Field

Attention: Admin users

We added a new optional  field to the cardholder profile (Custom id) to support integration with third-party employee management systems. The custom id can be up to 50 characters long and can include alpha-numeric and selected special characters.
This field can also be set via the PEX API. Please see https://developer.pexcard.com/docs4 for details.
