Attention: Admins & Cardholders We have added fingerprint login for the PEX app on Android and iOS mobile devices, in which users may log into their accounts using fingerprint recognition. Note that this feature is only available to users with fingerprint capabilities on their mobile phones. This feature can be toggled on and off. After updating the app, you will notice a new login screen with the option to login using your fingerprint. Type your information as normal and check the box to use your fingerprint the next time you login. You will then be prompted to accept the terms for fingerprint identification and to confirm the fingerprint for the account. Please note that to enable this functionality, you must have a fingerprint saved on your device beforehand. Also note that any saved fingerprints on the device may be used to login to any PEX account that has fingerprint login enabled. For additional security, we have added a password prompt when accessing the “Transfers” tab within app.
Attention: Admins & Cardholders We have added the reset password feature for the mobile app, available on the login screen. This feature mirrors the reset password function on the admin site. You will be prompted to answer your security question in order to receive the email with instructions to reset the password.
